Come join us to explore topics that other youth are talking about. Out Christian Formation series is called On the Edge: what could this be about? On the Edge of what? You are the next generation of leaders and we want to hear what you have to say on the issues of our world.

"How can young people keep their way pure? By guarding it according to your word."

Psalm 119:9

So, what has been happening....First of all we washed enough cars to make $207.00. Most of the proceeds will need to go back into expenses this time, but we are all set to go for the next car wash. We want to thank all that participated. If you couldn't help out this time we will have another one this summer.

May is going to be a busy month so mark your calendars.

First, we need all the youth at Christian Formation each Sunday because we are going to have youth Sunday on May 4th. When you read the scripture how does it relate to your life? And how would you want to express that to others.We have already found the slides to have on the sscreens for the psalm, and we will need your imput on what you want for the service . Do you want to read? Do you want to act out one of the readings? So come to all the April Christian Formations classes.

May 3rd at 10 AM We are going to paint the new room. We need everyone for this. Lunch will be included.

May 4th Youth Sunday We need everyone of you to do something to be a part of the service, do you want to run the computer? do you want to read?

May 4th at 6:00 PM we will head up to St. George Island for a U2 Charist. That is a very youth oriented service. Maybe one day we could have one at St.Patrick's.

May 11th is Penecost - We will have a picnic afterwards with some fun things for kids and youth to do. Please wear red and be there.

May 17th Piant Ball - It is finially here what you have been waiting for, PAINT BALL, I don't have time times yet, but place it on your calendar.

May 18th CONNECT with youth from all over the Jacksonville, this is going to be at St. Francis in the Field starting at 3PM and continuing until 6:30PM, we will have cars leaving at 2:30PM to arrive in time to enjoy it all. There will be Food, Live Music, Inflatable Games, Hayrides, Bonfire and Music.

May 29th Celebration of New Ministry, This is an important part of St. Patricks Episcopal Church's life, people from all over come to help celebrate, the Bishop and many Priests come to Celebrate with us this step of becoming a church. There is a part in the service that the some youth are asked to participate in. There is a reception afterwards.

So as you can see we have a lot going on. We are planning June now, so please give Nancy, Ashley and Jeff your ideas.
